In the faculty of medicine, academic staff members hold different positions : professor, associate professor, senior lecturer, and lecturer. All of them should have a Master’s degree.
The academic staff activity in Indonesia is called Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, it means that lecturers have tasks of carrying out teaching, research, and community services in accordance with their fields of expertise and provide guidance to trainees in order to meet their needs and interests in the education process.
