| Admission requirements | Administrative Requirements 1. A formal application letter addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University (Unhas). 2. A completed registration form printed from regpmb.unhas.ac.id, duly signed and affixed with an IDR 10,000 stamp duty. 3. A legalized photocopy of the Specialist Doctor (Sp1) diploma. 4. A legalized photocopy of the Specialist Doctor (Sp1) academic transcript. 5. A curriculum vitae (CV). 6. A photocopy of the BPJS Health Insurance card. 7. For Civil Servants/Regional Government Employees, proof of civil servant status (a legalized photocopy of the most recent appointment decree or Civil Servant Identity Card). 8. A photocopy of a valid Specialist Doctor Registration Certificate (STR) issued by the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI) at the time of registration. Applicants whose STR renewal is in process must attach the official receipt issued by KKI. 9. A certificate of active employment signed by the applicant’s immediate supervisor. 10. For Regional Civil Servants, a letter of permission from the immediate supervisor/authority, endorsed by the Regional Civil Service Agency or the respective Regional Government; for Central Government Civil Servants/TNI/POLRI, a letter of permission from the immediate supervisor or head of the employing institution. 11. A copy of the accreditation certificate of the Specialist Study Program (Sp1) and the awarding University (LAM-PTKes accreditation for the Faculty of Medicine and BAN-PT accreditation for the University). For graduates from overseas institutions, an accreditation certificate from the home university or the adaptation institution must be provided. 12. A written recommendation from the Regional Health Office/Local Government for Civil Servants or non–Civil Servants who will receive funding and/or are bound by a return-to-service agreement after completion of the program. 13. A written reference from a peer in the intended Subspecialty field, intended to provide prospective applicants with information regarding the chosen subspecialty for selection preparation. References are not limited to specific peers or regions. All recommendation/reference letters must be signed within the last six (6) months and are not recommended to be issued by the Dean, Vice Dean, Head of the PPDS Center, Head of Department, or Head of the Study Program applied for. 14. One (1) recent color passport-sized photograph (4 × 6 cm). 15. An application fee of IDR 1,200,000 (receipt to be attached to the application documents). 16. A stamped declaration letter stating that the applicant is not currently enrolled in another formal education program. 17. A stamped letter of consent to pursue further education from the spouse/parents. 18. Other relevant supporting documents, if required (e.g., educational leave approval, funding or scholarship confirmation from the Ministry of Health, LPDP, TNI/POLRI, or other institutions). 19. A stamped declaration letter stating that the applicant is not currently participating in the PPDS selection process at any other university or institution. |

| Programme starting date within the academic year and first time the programme has been/will beoffered | Programme Starting Date twice in a years March, August History Internal Medicine Specialist study programme in Hasanuddin University was firstly established in Internal department under Faculty of Medicine in December 4th, 1983. Permission for Academic Leave are based on the Decree by Rector of Hasanuddin University (number 7/UN4.1/2019), clause 12.Academic leave of 1 semester is only given to students a maximum of one time during the study period. Applications for leave as required need to obtain approval from the academic advisor through head of the study program and the Dean, are suhmitted in writing to the Academic Administration Bureau no later than one week before the initial lecture according to the schedule on the academic calendar. Academic leave period is not included in the calculation of the leave period and is not subject to tuition fees. |
