The Internal Medicine Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University, conducted a Post-Accreditation Monitoring and Evaluation following the accreditation process by the Institute for Accreditation of Higher Education in Health (LAM-PTKes) on Monday, 29 June 2026.
The activity featured Dr. dr. I Gusti Putu Suka Aryana, Sp.PD, K-Ger, FINASIM as the appointed assessor, who participated virtually via Zoom. The meeting was attended by the faculty leadership, study program management, academic staff, and the quality assurance team involved in the accreditation process.
The monitoring and evaluation session served as an important platform to review the implementation of post-accreditation action plans and to assess the sustainability of the program’s quality assurance system. Discussions covered key aspects of academic governance, curriculum development, educational quality, research, community engagement, and continuous efforts to enhance institutional performance in accordance with LAM-PTKes standards.
This activity reflects the Study Program’s strong commitment to fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement (CQI). The recommendations and feedback provided during the evaluation are expected to further strengthen academic governance, improve the quality of educational services, and support the development of competent, professional, and globally competitive internal medicine specialists.
