The 6th National Symposium by the Indonesian Transplantation Society (InaTS) was held on 3rd-4th December 2022 with the theme A Comprehensive Approach to Organ Transplant: Utilization of Living and Cadaveric Donors. The event was held for 2 days at the Unhas Hotel Convention & Center via hybrid.
This event consisted of 2 plenary lectures, 11 symposiums and 1 panel discussion. Presenting 42 national speakers and 2 international speakers, namely Prof. Mureo Kasahara, MD, Ph.D. and dr. Lee Ser Yee.
The symposium, which brought together dozens of speakers from various specialties, discussed the development of organ transplantation in Indonesia. The latest updates regarding organ transplants of the cornea, kidney, liver, bone marrow, and heart. The discussion took place in an interprofessional and interesting manner.
