Department of Internal Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Hasanuddin, hosted a Guest Lecture on Thursday, 28 August 2025, at the Scientific Meeting Hall, RSP Unhas, Building A, 5th Floor. The lecture addressed the topic “Current Situation of Helicobacter pylori Infection in Indonesia” and was delivered by Prof. Dr. dr. Ari Fahrial Syam, Sp.PD, K-GEH, MMB, FINASIM, FACP, Consultant in Gastroenterohepatology and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia.
The event provided an opportunity for participants to gain updated insights into the epidemiology, diagnosis, and management of Helicobacter pylori infection in Indonesia, enhancing knowledge and awareness among healthcare professionals and students.
